The Folly (or Pavilion), in the style of Louis XV, is based on an original building which is located at the entrance to the Parc de Bagatelle Paris. Standing behind ornate gates the Folly is one of the most iconic small buildings France has to offer. With its curved walls, copious amounts of carving and beautiful proportions it is easy to fall in love with her and has been a delight to reproduce in 12th scale.

The Kit
The Folly is supplied in kit form, unpainted ready for you to assemble and paint. We always prebuild your house before sending it out to ensure that it fits together. We call this a "dry build" then we disassemble it and pack it. When you receive the Folly you can "Dry Build" it to see how it assembles but also to give you some idea of how you want to decorate it. 
 
The Folly is made to order and due to the complexity of its design we are limited in how many we can make in a month. We therefore have to advise you that we can not despatch to you same day and depending on orders there could be a waiting list. We shall keep you updated and let you know when we can despatch it. Please contact us directly if there are any issues. 
 
The Painted Folly
You can choose to have the Folly assembled and painted. I only have images of an old aged Folly but I can paint it to be neater or grubbier depending on your taste. However if you want to purchase the next stages when they become available then then you may want to consider having the internal ornate decoration added (we shall be designing this in 2020) and then later the gardens which would consist of gates, fencing and various fancy flourishes yet to be decided. The gardens can only be created on the larger 100cm x 700cm base. If you choose a painted option then I shall contact you for more details and we can discuss your requirements further.
